Multipurpose Empanelment Form for the year 2016-17 is live now. ICAI has made every effort to make it more comprehensive to collect maximum information and disseminated through a centralized database. Since you are aware that after the issuance of the Notification dated 7thApril, 2016 on responding to Tenders, entities are being advised to avail the Multipurpose Empanelment data available with ICAI for allotting various assignments. Therefore, ICAI requests all the members holding full time Certificate of Practice/firms as on 01.01.2016 to fill the MEF 2016-17 carefully and submit all the fields of this MEF form.
This year, for the first time, efforts are being made for giving facility of Digital Signatures (Optional) for submission of declaration which will be active from 16th August, 2016. In case, you have any technical issues regarding digital signatures, you may send a hard copy of the declaration manually signed by partners/Proprietor/Individual who have not been able to sign digitally.
The last date of submission of online MEF Form for the year 2016-17 is 31st August, 2016 and for submission of hard copy of "DECLARATION FOR MEF 2016-17" is 12th September,2016.
